This pair received great support from a coalition of political parties, consisting of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI), National Awakening Party (PKB), Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P), Greater Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra), National Mandate Party (PAN). ), United Development Party (PPP), National Democratic Party (NasDem), Indonesian People’s Wave Party (Gelora Indonesia), Crescent Star Party (PBB), and Indonesian Unity Party (Perindo).
In a press conference in front of the KPU office, HM Sanusi together with Hj. Latifah expressed her thanks to the supporters and media who attended. Sanusi stated that his candidacy for the second time was a step to continue the vision and mission of “Malang Makmur Volume 2,” with the main focus on improving the quality of education and health services, as well as optimizing agricultural productivity to strengthen the people’s economy in Malang Regency.
“We are committed to continuing the programs that have been running and ensuring sustainable progress for Malang Regency.
“If we are trusted to lead again, we will not position ourselves as leaders, but as public servants,” said Sanusi. On the other hand, the Chairman of the Malang Regency KPU, Abdul Fatah, explained that all nomination files had been declared complete.
Next, the candidate pairs will undergo a series of 22 health tests which will be carried out by a team from the Saiful Anwar Hospital (RSSA) Malang. This test will last for two days, with the first day including a physical health examination and the second day a psychological test.
The registration of the Sanusi – Latifah pair is an important step in the preparation process for the regional head election in Malang Regency. With support from various major political parties, it is hoped that this couple can make a positive contribution and bring meaningful change to the people of Malang Regency.
